Ducts Unlimited seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems while leading field technicians and ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will oversee installations, maintenance, and repairs, mentor junior technicians, ensure safety and codes compliance, and communicate clearly with customers.

EPA Certification and a clean driving record are required; strong troubleshooting and blueprint-reading

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
