Qualifications

• Comfortable operating a forklift, certification preferred.
• Physically capable of moving HVAC equipment with assistance.
• Detail-oriented; accuracy in inventory management is critical.
• Experience with ServiceTitan inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts and equipment deliveries; verify against purchase orders.
• Stage install jobs the night before.
• Pull all equipment and parts for installation.
• Restock service trucks on a daily or weekly cycle.
• Manage warranty returns and ship-backs to suppliers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in ServiceTitan.
