Job summary

Callwaycool is seeking an HVAC installer in Phoenix, Arizona. You will work on whole-system replacements and retrofits, ensuring quality ductwork and system performance. A valid AZ driver's license is needed, along with at least 1 year of HVAC install experience and EPA 608 certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid AZ driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• 1+ year HVAC install experience or equivalent ductwork fabrication experience is required.
• EPA 608 certification is mandatory.
• Experience with variable-speed inverter installation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a lead installer on whole-system replacements and retrofits.
• Pull and replace AC systems, furnaces, package units, and mini-splits.
• Run new ductwork to industry standards.
• Verify static pressure and refrigerant charge on every job.
• Document the install with photos for customer records.
• Train apprentices and help them develop their skills.
• Receive real training if new to installation.
