Qualifications

• Clear English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8" accuracy.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and other areas per standards.
• Prepare job sites and protect surfaces; move obstructions as needed.
• Operate company vehicle safely and conduct weekly vehicle inspections.
