Marshall’s Specialty Services in Springfield, OR is seeking a full-time insulation installer to fit insulation products to our standards, delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will work in homes, follow safety rules, read a tape measure to 1/8 inch, lift up to 50 lbs, operate a company vehicle, and collaborate with the team to complete installations on schedule and with care.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug and background screens.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8”.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and other areas following building codes and safety standards.
• Prepare job sites using drop cloths, move furniture, and protect surfaces.
• Operate company vehicle following safety rules and laws.
• Support and properly remove ductwork, ensuring security and compliance.
• Complete weekly vehicle inspection report.
• Wear and use safety equipment daily and maintain awareness of surroundings.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and keep work areas organized.
• Track job progress and materials used using mobile devices or software; communicate with supervisors.
• Work staggered hours if required and maintain professional appearance.
