Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking Part-Time HVAC Service Technician Instructors to educate and mentor aspiring HVAC professionals in our accredited program. You will provide both theoretical and hands-on instruction in a state-of-the-art facility.

Teaching experience isn’t required, but your passion and expertise are essential to motivate and engage students and help them prepare for certification and successful HVAC careers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC technician experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in a learning environment.
• Teaching experience is not required; a desire to educate and inspire is essential.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies classes following Lincoln Tech's accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions in a fully equipped facility.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages growth and accountability.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with industry standards.
• Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices to provide up-to-date training.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers in HVAC Technology.
