Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking HVAC Instructors in East Point, GA, to teach our HVAC Technology program. No prior teaching experience is required as we help technicians transition into educators.

You will lead hands-on training in a fully equipped facility and deliver our accredited curriculum using blended learning. Ideal candidates have 3+ years HVAC experience, EPA 608, OSHA 30, and a universal EPA 608 license, plus a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC technician experience.
• EPA 608 certification (required within first 3 months).
• OSHA 30 certification (required within first 3 months).
• Universal EPA 608 Refrigerant Recovery License.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Great communication skills; proficiency with technology.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in HVAC Technology in our fully equipped facility.
• Facilitate and deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum using blended learning.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability through advising and mentoring.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students fairly and consistently.
• Teach students about safety and compliance.
• Maintain a professional, visitor-ready classroom environment.
• Complete Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program.
• Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology.
