• Patient and empathetic approach to teaching and mentoring students.

Quaifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: 3 years of practical work experience' in refrigeration, commercial, residential, mini splits, boilers, etc.
• Certifications: EPA 608/Universal is highly valued
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with students and fellow staff effectively
• Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace
