Job summary

Universal Technical Institute is seeking an experienced HVACR Instructor to mentor and educate the next generation of technicians. You will teach hands-on HVACR maintenance, diagnose, and repair systems while guiding students through real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of practical work experience in refrigeration, commercial or residential HVACR.
• EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10-30 certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Quaifications

• Education:High school diploma or GED
• Experience: 3-5 years of practical work experience in the refrigeration, commercial, residential, mini splits, boilers, etc.
• Certifications:EPA 608/Universal /OSHA 10-30 highly valued
• Communication Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with students and fellow staff
• Patience and Empathy:A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace
