This role is an exciting opportunity to help develop the next generation of HVAC professionals by delivering high-quality training and mentorship to our employees. If you have extensive residential HVAC experience, a strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, troubleshooting, and applicable mechanical codes, along with a desire to share your knowledge with others, we encourage you to apply. Previous teaching or training experience is a plus but not required.

Work is performed in a combination of classroom settings, training facilities, office environments, and active residential construction sites. Regular exposure to varying weather conditions when conducting field visits and jobsite training. May be exposed to construction-related hazards, including noise, dust, uneven terrain, and moving equipment; adherence to all safety policies and use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Frequent interaction with employees, trainees, supervisors, and division leadership. Occasional travel may be required to support training initiatives across multiple locations.
