Job summary

E & S Heating and Cooling LLC in New Jersey is seeking a proven HVAC Foreman to lead commercial and residential installations. You will plan daily work, develop weekly crew plans with the owners, and supervise a team to deliver high‑quality results on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC/R, EPA Type II, a valid NJ driver license, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong work ethic. We offer year‑round work and paid holidays, with opportunities to grow within a family‑owned

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks while working efficiently.
• Must own HVAC tools and have EPA Type II certification.
• Must read and understand blueprints, project specs and equipment submittals.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work activity and develop weekly work plans for the crew alongside the owners.
• Oversee a crew or group of workers to complete project scopes.
• Oversee overall construction as outlined in the project scope and coordinate with Contractor/Client.
• Install all types of duct including hangers, fire dampers, grills and duct accessories.

• 5+ Years experience in Commercial & Residential Installations is preferred
• Must have personal & professional references
• Must have a clean / valid NJ drivers license
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation
• Must have the physical abilities to work in a rigorous environment
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks while working efficiently
• Must own HVAC tools
• Must be EPA certified Type 2
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints, project specifications and equipment submittals
• Plan daily work activity and develop weekly work plans for the crew along side the owners
• Oversee a crew or group of workers responsible for completing project work scopes
• Must be willing to work after hours and weekends on occasion
• Oversee the overall construction as outlined in the project work scope and work with Contractor/Client to ensure project progresses according to the schedule
• Install all types of duct, including hangers, fire dampers, connect grills and other duct accessories

PAY: Based on experience
