Job summary

Garden State Air Conditioning is seeking a Lead Installer to supervise residential and commercial HVAC system installations in Freehold, NJ. You will lead installation crews, mentor apprentices, and ensure high-quality workmanship on complex projects.

You will manage on-site logistics, coordinate tools and materials, troubleshoot installation issues, and uphold safety and code compliance while delivering exceptional service to clients and project managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience in the field.
• Proven experience leading installation crews or managing mechanical teams successfully.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems and code requirements.
• Proficient troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills for field documentation.
• Valid driver’s license alongside a mandatory EPA Certification.
• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work comfortably in various weather conditions.
