Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems accurately and efficiently.
• Perform complete system replacements and retrofits following company standards and safety protocols.
• Explain diagnostic findings and repair or replacement options to property owners clearly.
• Maintain safety and craftsmanship standards on every job site with required PPE.
• Manage daily service calls and keep accurate digital job records and parts tracking.
• Represent the company with professional attire, clean uniforms, and courteous customer interactions.

You will serve as a trusted HVAC specialist delivering top-tier service, diagnostics, and system replacements across residential and light commercial settings. How You Will Make An Impact

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems accurately and efficiently.
• Perform complete system replacements and retrofits following established company installation standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with property owners to explain diagnostic findings and outline available repair or replacement options.
• Maintain high safety and craftsmanship standards on every job site utilizing provided personal protective equipment.
• Manage daily service calls in a timely manner while maintaining accurate digital job records and parts tracking.
• Represent the company with professional attire, clean uniforms, and courteous customer interactions on every call.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5 or more years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and equipment replacement.
• Proven professional experience diagnosing, servicing, and replacing residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting electrical controls, airflow issues, and mechanical components.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to explain technical options clearly.
• Commitment to adhering to established processes, safety regulations, and professional uniform standards.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record suitable for operating a company vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of a trade school diploma, vocational program, or formal technical apprenticeship.
• Factory training credentials from major manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Lennox, or Bosch.
• Active industry certifications from recognized training providers such as PPATEC, NATE, or EPA Universal.
