Residential HVAC Installer Success Metrics include:

• Installation Quality: Maintain high-quality installations, evaluated through inspections and customer feedback.
• Efficiency and Productivity: Complete installations within established timeframes, meeting or exceeding standards.
• First-Time Installation Success: Achieve a high first-time success rate, minimizing revisits due to issues.
• Technical Proficiency: Keep skills updated with the latest techniques, guidelines, and best practices.

Salary range: $20 - $438 per hour.
