Job Description

• Install, and change-out of residential and light commercial air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems.
• Perform an installation to the requirements of local code with the expectation that each job passes final mechanical on the first time.
• Ability to use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to work independently, or part of a team, to identify and resolve problems in the field.
• Must be honest, dependable with high integrity and represent a professional company image.
• Categorize and organize inventory to maximize operational efficiency.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Experience with residential and light commercial installations
• 3 to 5 years or more of HVAC install experience
• Current driver’s license and good driving record
• Pass drug test and background check
• Have own tools

Preferred:

• EPA Certification
• Experience in, and ability to run service and maintenance calls
• NATE Certified

Salary is commensurate with qualification and experience with potential for more than $35 per hour taking into account performance based incentives for experienced candidates. Applicants of all skill levels and pay appropriately. Generous Performance Based Bonus / Spiffs
