Lanz Heating & Cooling of Champaign, IL is seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Installer / Installation Technician to lead the installation of heating and air conditioning systems while providing mentoring and guidance opportunities for fellow installers. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper processes and techniques are being implemented to meet or exceed company standards and provide customers with a high-quality experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER / INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

• Minimum 6 years HVAC and ductwork installation experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Experience with basic hand tools
• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• High and low voltage wiring/troubleshooting
