Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience installing HVAC and/or Hydronics.
• Experience with welding and/or pipefitting.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers.
• Travel to job sites in a service area and coordinate with project managers to maintain schedule and communicate delays.
• Document each install with readings and observations; obtain client sign-off.
• Identify quality issues early and address them promptly.
• Make ethical, customer-focused decisions that align with company interests.
