Job summary

Service Experts LLC is seeking an Installer II in Frederick, MD to professionally install residential HVAC systems and accessories. You will perform starts, ensure system balance, and maintain quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer service on every call.

Responsibilities include duct design, wiring verification, and assisting field leadership with audits, planning, and project oversight, with opportunities for training and advancement within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training.
• 2+ years' HVAC experience and related certifications.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Installs HVAC equipment in the customer's home per company standards and manufacturer specs.
• Completes start-ups and ensures proper operation of heating and cooling systems.
• Designs and installs ducts and duct fittings as needed.
• Delivers excellent customer service and resolves issues promptly.
• Trains other installers and assists with audits, planning, and site supervision.
