Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an Installer II to install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes, under supervision of Field Supervisor or GM. You will perform startups, balance airflow, and ensure quality and safety while promoting company products and services.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience, valid licensing, and the ability to work flexible hours, with strong safety and customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 2+ years’ experience in HVAC training certification
• Proficient in installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation and related accessories
• Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer's home per company and manufacturer specs
• Perform start-ups and balance airflow on systems with minimal supervision
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings as required
• Train other installers on technical skills and procedures as assigned
• Maintain vehicle, tools and paperwork neatly and timely
