Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Somersworth, NH, is seeking an Installer II to complete installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment with minimal supervision. You will oversee Install Helpers, ensure quality work, and promote products and services during customer visits.

Responsibilities include duct design/installation, system start-ups, proper paperwork, and maintaining vehicle and tool integrity while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 4+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required; licensing as applicable.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant/duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment in homes or light commercial settings; supervise Install Helpers.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Design, fabricate and install ducts and fittings per code and specs.
• Complete start-ups for heating/cooling systems and related components.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products/services during visits.
• Handle equipment delivery/removal, keep vehicles/tools clean and stocked, and complete paperwork neatly.
• Collect payments from customers and maintain professional company image.
• Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and participate in safety initiatives.
