Job summary

2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a helper to support installers in residential and light commercial HVAC installations. The role operates under direct supervision and requires physical work, attention to safety, and a customer-first mindset.

Location is Scarborough, ME, with annual compensation ranging from $50,200 to $64,000 plus incentive opportunities. Benefits include generous PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC training preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision of Installer or Lead Installer to install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes.
• Assists with installation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories per company standards.
• Assists in installing ducts and duct fittings.
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through quality work and service.
• Performs paperwork neatly and timely as required.
• Keeps company property, vehicles, and tools properly maintained and accounted for.
