Service Experts LLC in Scarborough, ME is seeking an Installer Helper to support residential HVAC installations under supervision. You will assist with heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories, ensuring work meets manufacturer specs and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics/basements, climb ladders, and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installer or Lead Installer to install HVAC equipment in the customer’s home under supervision.
• Assist in installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories per specs.
• Help install ducts and duct fittings and maintain installation tools and equipment.
• Ensure proper use of company property, handle required paperwork neatly and timely.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Assists the Installer or Lead Installer in the installation of residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl* Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including but not limited to the following: hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, slippery surfaces, heights, and congested areas* Ability to safely climb 300lb load capacity rated ladders with a 30lb tool belt* Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds• Minimum Experience: 2+ years• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GEDEqual Opportunity Employer.
