Position: HVAC Install Assistant

Job Description:

The RNC Assistant Installer collaborates with the RNC Lead Installer to perform various duties related to installing heating and air conditioning units. The role involves using a wide range of tools and equipment. Work orders specify the tasks to be completed, and the Assistant Installer is supervised by the Lead Installer throughout the job.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assemble equipment and materials needed for work projects
• Assist in installing HVAC systems
• Provide tools, materials, and supplies to team members
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Lift up to 75 pounds as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s License required
• No prior HVAC experience necessary
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
