Job summary

Above The Rest Staffing,Inc. is hiring a Direct Hire Commercial HVAC Installer/Helper in the Denver area. This full-time role supports installing ductwork, HVAC equipment, hangers, and piping, with emphasis on safe practices and teamwork.

The position offers a direct-hire path from day one and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO. Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, assembling, staging, and positioning materials under the Foreman; operating HVAC tools

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical, sheet metal, or related trades.
• Proficient with standard construction hand and power tools.
• Reliable personal vehicle/transportation to travel to daily jobsite locations, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing commercial ductwork, HVAC equipment, hangers, supports, and mechanical piping.
• Measure, cut, assemble, stage, and position installation materials as directed by the Foreman.
• Safely operate standard hand and power tools of the HVAC trade.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas on active commercial job sites.

Compensation & Core Highlights:

• Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 / hour (Based on experience).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in installing commercial ductwork, HVAC equipment, hangers, supports, and mechanical piping.

What We’re Looking For:

• Transportation & Licensing: Reliable personal vehicle/transportation to travel to daily jobsite locations, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass our MVR requirements for insurance purposes.


• Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, safety-minded, and eager to learn under experienced leads.
