Qualifications

• Previous HVAC experience is helpful but not required.
• Mechanical, construction, or trade experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop HVAC skills.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift and move HVAC equipment and materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Installers with residential heating and air conditioning installations.
• Help load, unload, and organize equipment, tools, and materials.
• Assist with removing old HVAC equipment and preparing work areas for installation.
• Carry and position equipment and materials as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the installation process.
• Follow instructions from Lead Installers and HVAC Technicians.
• Learn proper installation techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
• Assist with basic installation tasks as trained.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous service while working in customers' homes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
