What We Offer You:

• Competitive Pay: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour, based on your experience and skills
• Excellent Benefits:
  • Medical & Dental Insurance (Company pays 50% of premiums for employee and family plans)
  • Paid Vacation: 5 days first year, 10 days after 2nd anniversary, 15 days after 5th anniversary

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (highly preferred)
• Excellent verbal and strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic personality with a positive, can-do attitude
• Well organized and able to work independently as a self-starter
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Universal EPA Certification (preferred)
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School (preferred)
