• EPA Universal is a plus; NATE certification makes you stand out.
• Valid CA driver's license and a spotless driving history.
• Grit to lift 75+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying conditions with a great attitude.
• Flexibility for occasional weekends and overtime when the team needs you.

Responsibilities

• Full-system installations including ductwork, electrical, refrigeration piping, and system setup to code.
• System commissioning and verification before you leave.

What You'll Do

Full-System Installations: Execute complete HVAC installations — ductwork, electrical, refrigeration piping, and system setup — to code and to the highest standard.
