Job summary

Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing in Spokane Valley is seeking a Lead Installer to join a high‑skilled team. You will install and commission residential HVAC systems, coach apprentices, and use Service Titan on an iPad to document work and scheduling.

Qualifications

2+ years of residential HVAC installations, with brazing, vacuum, and high voltage hookups experience.

What you need: (Lead Installer)

2+ years of residential HVAC installations
Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
Ability to coach and train and apprentice
Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
EPA Certification Required
