Key Responsibilities (partial list):
- Install HVAC equipment accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Protect customer homes and complete work safely, cleanly, and efficiently
- Use Measure Quick to submit job-related photos for quality control
- Collect signatures and outstanding balances for smooth project completion
- Educate customers on system operation
- Report key metrics post-installation, such as static pressure and refrigerant charge
- Maintain callback rate below 3%
- Ensure 100% accuracy in Measure Quick and invoice submissions
- Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher
- Complete work within scheduled time, adhering to professionalism, punctuality, and appearance standards
- Perform installations that meet municipal code requirements
Requirements
- Proven ability to work well in a team and committed to growth
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience
- EPA Certification (Level II or Universal) or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs., and bend, stoop, stand, and crawl for extended periods
- Work in varying temperatures and confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record for two years
- Must be over 18 years old
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Own basic tools
- Flexible schedule including some nights and weekends
