Responsibilities

At Will Fix It, your customer service delivery will be valued, with abundant opportunities for career advancement and high income potential! As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will disassemble and remove old systems, then install, start up, and troubleshoot (if needed) new HVAC systems in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC installation experience
• Comfortable in a lead role with an assigned helper
• Knowledge of local inspection codes
• EPA Certification
• Strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to go into attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends if necessary
• Pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record required
