Key Responsibilities:

• Install various HVAC systems, including oil, gas, heat pumps, geothermal, and rooftop units.
• Fabricate sheet metal and ensure proper airflow and duct sizing.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics for installations and repairs.
• Follow company and safety guidelines, asking for assistance when needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry practices and pursue ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Preferred:Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Knowledge of airflow, duct sizing, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Familiarity with oil, gas, heat pumps, geothermal, and rooftop units.
• Must supply your basic hand tools
• Strong electrical skills and ability to read schematics.
• Good driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for learning and professional growth.
• Optional:EPA license (not required but a plus).
