What YOU Will Do As an HVAC Installer

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following schedules, listening to concerns, performing work, and solving problems
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes
• Request necessary parts & equipment in advance and verify truck is loaded with all materials needed
• Document work performed as per company procedures
• Guide and share knowledge with assistants or apprentices
• Maintain personal tools and equipment
• Stay updated on HVAC codes and standards
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Drive and maintain a box truck properly

What YOU Will Bring As an HVAC Installer

• Minimum three (3) years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal 608 Certification
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing and background check
• Valid US Driver's License with a good driving record
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
