Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC/R installation leader to join our Southeast team. You will install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, ventilation, walk-ins and ice machines while leading field crews and ensuring safety and quality on every job.

We value strong blueprint skills, customer communication, and reliable performance. A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus; EPA Type II or Universal is required, and a valid driver’s license is

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior-level).
• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, ventilation systems, walk-ins and ice machines.
• Strong reading of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication with customers and contractors.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license; background check.
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.

What We’re Looking For:
