Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC/R installation lead to oversee complex commercial projects. You will lead a team, interpret blueprints, and install rooftop units, VRF systems, and extensive ductwork while ensuring safety and quality on every site.

The role requires 5–10+ years in the field, EPA Type II or Universal certification, and a valid driver’s license. We offer strong benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC/R installation, lead or senior-level preferred.
• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF, ductwork and related equipment.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics and job-site planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a installation team to meet safety and quality standards.
• Install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, ventilation, walk-ins and ice machines.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to plan and execute installations.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support training and ongoing education of staff and promote from within.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-10+ years experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, ventilation systems, walk ins and ice machines
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
