Cumberland Cooling, Inc. in Nashville is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer to install residential systems—furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, mini splits—and ductwork. You will remove old equipment safely, perform retrofit installations, and fabricate sheet metal according to our quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong understanding of installation best practices.
• Experience with ductwork, airflow, brazing, charging systems, and equipment start-up.
• Ability to read installation layouts and wiring diagrams.
• Pride in clean, organized workmanship.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a crew.
• Valid driver's license with clean, insurable record.
• Leadership mentality and willingness to mentor apprentices when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper airflow, system performance, and clean final product.

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.
• Work closely with the team to complete installations correctly and on schedule.

$29.00 - $37.00/hour | Local Work | No Weekends

What You'll Do

• As an HVAC Installer, you'll:
