We are actively seeking an Amazing HVAC Installer in the Knightdale, NC area to join our award-winning team.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. Flexibility required as job needs may vary.
Responsibilities of the HVAC Installer:
- Assist in all phases of HVAC new construction installation and troubleshooting
- Install ductwork and distribution systems
- Install residential heating and air conditioning equipment to company standards
- Perform system startup and diagnostics (velocity, volume, temperature, pressure, etc.)
- Prepare records and reports on procedures, actions, and solutions
- Request supplies, materials, and equipment accurately
- Interface with customers and clients
- Train and coach co-workers
- Make routine adjustments to maximize efficiency
- Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE and fall protection
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications for installation
- Know and follow local HVAC and electrical codes
- Organize work to meet deadlines
- Generate necessary documents and reports; utilize computer systems for project info
- Coordinate materials with Project Manager
- Inspect and diagnose problems for repairs
- Maintain proper housekeeping
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years HVAC experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass company screenings
- Experience in New Construction preferred
- EPA Certification a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift regularly
- Communicate effectively in English
- Use arms and hands to signal, grasp, and control objects and tools
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Work at heights, climb ladders, and work off platforms with fall protection
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions with PPE
- Wear PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks, hi-vis vests, gloves, and safety boots
