Lunsford Air Conditioning & Heating in Florida seeks an HVAC Installer to install, maintain and repair residential systems. You will read blueprints, perform load calculations, and ensure safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC Installer experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Able to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• EPA certification is preferred.

HVAC - Installer Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork in residential properties.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to determine appropriate HVAC system placement.
• Install and connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems.
• Perform load calculations to determine the appropriate size and capacity of HVAC units.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
• Comply with all safety protocols and HVAC codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of installations and projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

HVAC - Installer Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer in a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
