We offer steady, year-round work with 40-hour weeks and overtime as needed. Competitive pay ranges from $28 to $38 per hour, plus a benefits package and safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC / sheet metal experience.
• Strong teamwork skills with ability to work independently when needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Own basic hand tools required for the trade.
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused mindset.
• Positive attitude and pride in your work.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, with overtime or weekends as needed.
