Kappler Mechanical is seeking an Installer to join our growing team in Westminster, CO. The ideal candidate will have residential install experience and a track record of completing jobs efficiently and right the first time.

Pay ranges from $22.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience, with spiffs and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid vacation/holidays, a company phone, uniforms, training, and retirement contributions.

• Residential install experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• HVAC training completion preferred.
• Willingness to sell add-ons and good communication skills.

We are currently looking for the next Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have residential install experience with a good record of completing jobs efficiently and right the first time. Pay Range: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs + Benefits

Benefits: Health (70% employee / 50% family company paid), Dental, Vision, Paid vacation, Paid holidays, Phone, Uniform, Training, Retirement plan with company contribution, and Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 48 hours)

Required Qualifications:

• Residential install experience a plus
