Job summary

Rusk Heating and Cooling, Inc. is seeking installation technicians to professionally install HVAC equipment and healthy home products, primarily in the residential market with some light commercial work.

Technicians are expected to deliver quality service with a customer-first approach and uphold company standards of excellence. Compensation is hourly with a range of $20–$45, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED; technical schooling a plus.
• KY Journeyman licensing must be active; EPA certification preferred.
• NATE certification a plus; background checks performed upon offer.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and healthy home products in residential settings; some light commercial work.
• Ensure customer-first service and quality installations; maintain safety and standards.

The Role:

Rusk installation technicians are responsible for the proper installation of new HVAC equipment and healthy home products. Serving mostly the residential market, some light commercial work may be tasked. Techs install all equipment types. With the priority always being the customer, technicians are there to serve in their best interests. Rusk installations are legendary for quality and consistency. Installation technicians receive hourly pay ranging from $20-45 with growth opportunity. There is no cap on income with advanced productivity and personal investment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma / GED with technical schooling a plus
• 2+ years of residential service or install preferred
• KY Journeyman licensing - Active
• EPA Certification, NATE a plus
• Clean driving record, background & drug free
• (background / drug test performed upon employment offer)
