Premier Systems in Bozeman is seeking an experienced HVAC installer who values quality and variety. You’ll work on residential new construction, remodels, and light commercial projects, including ductless mini-splits and IAQ products, from rough-in to final installation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Experience in residential HVAC, with exposure to remodels, retrofits, new construction, mini-splits, or light commercial projects.
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and pride in craftsmanship

The Work

This isn't a production install job.

We’re looking for a well‑rounded HVAC installer who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. One week you might be roughing in a custom home. The next, you’re completing a residential retrofit, installing a ductless mini‑split, tackling a remodel, or working on a light commercial project.

You’ll install:

• Residential new construction systems
• Residential remodels
• Residential retrofit and replacement systems
• Ductless mini‑split systems
• Furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Indoor air quality products and humidifiers
• Light commercial HVAC systems
• Ductwork and ventilation systems

No matter the project, our expectation is the same: do it right the first time, take pride in your work, and leave every customer impressed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience in residential HVAC, with exposure to remodels, retrofits, new construction, mini‑splits, or light commercial projects
• EPA Universal Certification
