Responsibilities

At Will Fix It, your customer service skills are valued highly. As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will disassemble and remove old systems, install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC systems in residential settings.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Ability to lead with a helper assigned
• Knowledge of local inspection codes
• EPA Certification
• Strong work ethic, customer service, and communication skills
• Willingness to access attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects
• Availability for long, sporadic hours and weekends when needed
• Pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
