Onehourpittsburghpa is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee HVAC installation projects from planning to completion. You will lead the installation department, schedule projects for profitability and timely delivery, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of installation dispatching, ordering, warehousing, truck inventory and maintenance.
• Oversees the building and completion of installation job packets.
• Ensures complete and accurate forms in job folders.
• Accurate ordering of materials to complete each installation.
• Approves assignment of installation crews to each installation job.
• Oversees procurement coordination with vendors for efficiency and cost.
• Tracks unused materials and reuses on other jobs when applicable.
• Maintains inventory of all truck and warehouse materials and stock.
• Schedules monthly safety meetings to maintain safety and quality.
• Conducts regular job site and truck inspections.
• Manages permits filings for installations requiring local permits.
• Maintains departmental budget with job costing analysis of completed jobs.
