One Hour Heating and Air needs to hire a Qualified Installation Technician that takes Old School pride in themselves and their work.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is the lead technician responsible for the overall customer experience.

JOB DUTIES

1. Customer Satisfaction
2. Removal and disposal of Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners, and Boilers
3. Connection of necessary utilities such as Gas, Electric, Fuel Oil Lines
4. Necessary sheet metal work to reconnect new equipment to existing duct system
5. Start and commission equipment
6. Oversee the installation of the outdoor unit
7. Keep a clean, organized, stocked work truck
8. Clean work, plumb, level, and square

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. 3-5 Years Related Experience
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Minimum age of 21 (Must be able to drive DOT vehicle)
4. Must have necessary hand tools to complete the job duties
5. Flexibility to work overtime
6. Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
7. Clean driving record

Pay Rate will be determined by where you are in your career.
