Job summary

Fusion Plumbing and Air in Tucson, AZ seeks a dedicated HVAC Installation Technician to join the team. This full-time role offers a salary range of $75,000 to $225,000 annually, plus a full benefits package, training, paid vacation, a company vehicle and gas card, phone and iPad, and provided uniforms.

You will install HVAC systems, pre-measure sites, connect gas lines, complete paperwork, and ensure installations meet code and company standards. On-call weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA Certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavier items with help or equipment.
• Clear and personable communication skills.
• Attention to detail and drive to complete jobs quickly and correctly.
• Willingness to work on call weekends and after hours.
• NATE Certification (preferred).
• ServiceTitan experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including ductwork, attic or vertical splits, and rooftop units.
• Pre-measure job sites to determine materials and load equipment.
• Connect gas lines and ensure work meets code and company standards.
• Complete paperwork accurately and take machine readings to confirm operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle; follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with coworkers and assist leads as directed by management.

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

As an HVAC Installation Technician, you will install new HVAC systems such as ductwork, attic or vertical splits, and rooftop package units throughout the Tucson area. Each day, you will pre-measure job sites to determine necessary materials, receive and load equipment, and ensure all installations are completed to code and company standards. You will connect gas lines to heating equipment, complete all required paperwork accurately, and take machine readings to confirm correct operation. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your assigned company vehicle is expected, as is working safely and following all company policies. Collaboration with coworkers and assisting leads as directed by management will be a regular part of your responsibilities.

Schedule:

This position is full-time and requires flexibility, including availability to work on call during weekends and after hours as necessary to meet the needs of our customers.

• Hammer drill, impact drill, sawzaw, full set of screwdrivers, volt meter, digital gauges, tin snips L-R, pipe wrench, hammer, level 1' & 2', step bit, magnehelic gauge, flashlight, and refrigerant gauge (Bonus: Blower, nail gun, and skilsaw)
