StrongBuilt is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business since 2015. We are looking for full-time HVAC installs team members in Tucson, AZ, with on-site and off-site training programs for growth.

Daily tasks include the technical work, collecting payments, and informing homeowners about status before and after service. You will organize layouts per code and attend weekly trainings.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Pre-employment drug test is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

We are looking for full-time members to be on our HVAC Installs team. We have on-site and off-site training programs for continued growth. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. Organizing project layouts based on current code and customers’ needs. Attend and participate in weekly technical, sales, and communication trainings. Technical training and skills will be taught after hiring.
