Responsibilities:

• Serving clients through expert installation of replacement systems, which represent 65% of total business revenue. Take pride in quality installations and communicate the value to clients.
• Wear floor savers and use drop cloths to protect client’s floors; maintain a neat work area.
• Re-check each installation before leaving to prevent callbacks.
• Explain the system to clients upon completion and ensure satisfaction.
• Prioritize safety both on the job and while driving; supervise assistant installers for safety and neatness.
• Maintain a production minimum as per management guidelines.
• Complete full system change-outs in an average of one day or less.
• Keep trucks clean and well-maintained; park strategically for maximum visibility.
• Train installation assistants for efficiency.
• Accurately fill out installation paperwork promptly.
• Adhere to the company’s Code of Ethics and Team Rules.

Requirements:

• EPA Certification
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean background check
• Drug-Free
