The HVAC Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities

1. Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
2. Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as necessary.
3. Perform diagnostics as needed.
4. Maintain a clean work area and protect client floors by laying drop cloths during installations.
5. Conduct home walk-throughs before and after installation, identify damages, and discuss with customers.
6. Complete installation forms accurately for reporting and future reference.
7. Communicate effectively with customers regarding the scope of work, questions, concerns, and problems.
8. Perform start-ups on heating, cooling systems, and other components.
9. Maintain safe working conditions for the installation crew.
10. Adhere to all company standards, performance expectations, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

1. Preferred experience with solid references.
