Job description

One Hour Heating and Air needs to hire a Qualified Installation Technician who takes Old School pride in themselves and their work.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is the lead technician responsible for the overall customer experience.

JOB DUTIES

1. Ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Remove and dispose of furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and boilers.
3. Connect necessary utilities such as gas, electric, and fuel oil lines.
4. Perform sheet metal work to reconnect new equipment to existing duct systems.
5. Start and commission equipment.
6. Oversee the installation of outdoor units.
7. Complete necessary paperwork.
8. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work truck.
9. Ensure work is clean, plumb, level, and square.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. 3-5 years of related experience.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Minimum age of 21 (must be able to drive a DOT vehicle).
4. Necessary hand tools to complete job duties.
5. Flexibility to work overtime.
6. Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
7. Clean driving record.

Pay rate will be determined based on your career level.
