Job Description

The HVAC Installation Technicians is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Installs heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, in accordance with company standards/requirements and manufacturer specifications.
• Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as necessary.
• Performs diagnostics as necessary.
• Maintains a clean work area and safeguards client floors by laying drop cloths during installations.
• Conducts walk-throughs of the home before and after installation, identifies damages, and discusses them with the customer.
• Completes installation forms reflecting tasks performed for reporting accuracy and future reference.
• Communicates effectively with customers regarding the scope of work, answers questions, and addresses concerns.
• Performs start-ups on heating, cooling systems, and other components.
• Maintains safe working conditions for the installation crew.
• Adheres to all One Hour standards of performance and the company's code of ethics.

Qualifications:

• Experience with solid references is required.
• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
